Christopher E. Hill is an independent financial research analyst based in Chicago, Illinois. He is also the creator/editor of Boom2Bust.com, “The Most Hated Blog On Wall Street,” a regular contributor to BizzLo and Contrarian Investors’ News, and a guest poster for the MarketClub Trader’s Blog…
Mr. Hill previously served 11 years in the public sector, most notably as an aide to a former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate.
Christopher received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 1995 and an M.A. in Political Science (International Affairs) from Loyola University of Chicago in January 1998. During this time, he developed a strong interest in economics and began cultivating his knowledge of investing.

When not glued to the computer, Chris enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, traveling, boating, fishing, smoking fine cigars (in moderation), and watching copious amounts of cinema, thoroughbred horse racing, and English Premier League football (soccer). In addition to being a supporter of Sunderland AFC in the Premier League, he is part-owner of Ebbsfleet United FC, a professional club in the fifth division of English football and current holder of the FA Carlsberg Trophy.
